In an increasingly digitized world and after the disruption of covid-19 pandemic, internet social networks are becoming central backbone interactions between individuals, organizations, governments worldwide in general defending democratic values Ukraine particular. The influence capacity on creativity innovation has grown recent years been objective study. This paper analyses interaction from a balanced assessment, considering opportunities risks. could redesign value creation process. proliferation media platforms coincides with expansion open paradigm demonstrated its efficiency facilitating solutions different fields such as science, statistics, engineering, production generation policies. On other hand, risks have to be analyzed mitigated. search engines become proxy for organizing accessing information knowledge large scale; however, evidence points out how fake data concentration suffocate innovation. research develops theoretical framework analyze organizational structure absorption capability innovation; what is their role drivers create value. results practically valuable many stakeholders: Chief Innovation Officers Communication Managers, Teams responsible Stakeholders Engagement Open programmes, Policy Makers, Scientific Community interested developing empirical topic, well citizens understand change-makers contributing Creativity.
